Digital Identity License and Service Agreement


Introduction

The Digital Identity License and Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement") is jointly concluded by you and the digital identity service provider, and this Agreement has contractual effect. You must carefully read and fully understand the contents of each clause, especially the clauses exempting or limiting the liability for digital identity (hereinafter referred to as "the exemption clause"), the clauses restricting the user's rights (hereinafter referred to as "the restriction clause"), the clauses agreeing on the dispute resolution method and jurisdiction, and the separate agreement for using a service.The foregoing exemption, limitation, dispute resolution and jurisdiction terms may remind you in bold, color mark or other reasonable ways, including but not limited to Article 2 of this agreement and other relevant terms. Please read the foregoing terms again before you confirm your agreement to this agreement or use the digital identity service.


1、Collection, use and protection of user information

1.1 You agree and authorize your digital identity to collect your personal information for the purpose of performing this Agreement. When you use digital identity services, your digital identity will《Guidelines for Digital Identity Privacy Protection》And the specific service privacy policy (if any) to collect information provided by you when using the service or generated by using the service, to provide you with and optimize our services and protect your account security.


2、User Behavior Specifications

2.1 You fully understand and agree that you must be responsible for all acts under your account, including any content you publish and any consequences arising therefrom.

2.2 Except that you can use the digital identity service in accordance with the agreement, you shall not conduct any act that infringes the intellectual property rights of the digital identity, or conduct other acts that damage the legitimate rights and interests of the digital identity or other third parties.

2.3 You must comply with laws and regulations when using digital identity or digital identity services, and must not use digital identity or digital identity services to engage in illegal acts, including but not limited to the following:

(1) Violating the basic principles set forth in the Constitution;

(2) Endangering national security, divulging state secrets, subverting national policies and undermining national unity;

(3) Harming the honor and interests of the state;

(4) Distorting, vilifying, blaspheming or denying the deeds and spirits of heroes and martyrs, or infringing upon the names, portraits, reputation or honor of heroes and martyrs by insulting, slandering or other means;

(5) Publicizing terrorism and extremism or inciting terrorist or extremist activities;

(6) Inciting national hatred and discrimination and undermining national unity;

(7) Those who undermine the state's religious policy and promote heresy and feudal superstition;

(8) Spreading rumors and disturbing social order;

(9) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or abetting crime;

(10) Insult or slander others, or infringe upon others' reputation, privacy or other legitimate rights and interests;

(11) Violating social ethics;

(12) Other contents prohibited by laws, administrative regulations and State regulations.

You are not allowed to use digital identity or digital identity services to create, copy, and release harmful information containing the following contents:

(1) The use of exaggerated titles, the content of which is seriously inconsistent with the title;

(2) Hyping scandals, scandals, bad deeds, etc;

(3) Improperly commenting on natural disasters, major accidents and other disasters;

(4) Those with sexual hints, sexual provocations, etc. that are easy to make people have sexual associations;

(5) Showing bloody, thrilling, cruel and other causes physical and mental discomfort;

(6) Inciting crowd discrimination, regional discrimination, etc;

(7) Publicizing vulgar, vulgar and kitsch contents;

(8) It may cause minors to imitate unsafe behaviors, violate social ethics, and induce minors' bad habits;

(9) Other contents that have adverse effects on the network ecology.

2.4 Unless permitted by law or written permission of digital identity, you shall not engage in the following activities:

(1) Scan, probe and test the digital identity to detect, discover and find the possible BUG or weaknesses;

(2) Other behaviors without express authorization of digital identity.


3、Others

3.1 The digital identity development and maintenance management organization has the right to change the terms of this agreement when necessary. You can check the latest version of the terms of the agreement on the relevant pages of the digital identity. After the terms of this agreement are changed, if you continue to use the digital identity service, you will be deemed to have accepted the changed agreement.
